I actually took a little mini class, enough to learn how to do the ripple. So, I'm using up some extra old sirdar dk weight yarn and making it into a ripple blanket. So old lady crafty, yet I am perfectly satisfied with it. But I'm slow!!! :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1848228051954857324.post-62072298179467167452010-11-10T13:47:25.632-08:002010-11-10T13:47:25.632-08:00wow, that's so exciting!! I just bought for the misses sizes and it's a wealth of information from waist to bust and cross back to knee height. You won't find a more useful tool to make a pattern to standard sizes. The Craft Yarn Council one sucks, and doesn't give enough sizes. Also, there are some really good articles on knitty.com explaining how to grade patterns. It's something I'm still struggling with myself, but I suspect it's partly that I'm super perfectionist about it. Good, luck, I'm sure it will be super cute.Beth Woldenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16904054328405757221noreply@blogger.com
